My name is CHEREE WARREN, also known as MaCherée. I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan. I moved to the Columbus area in 1990 and have been involved with the Arts, both and theatre, for over 40 years.

I started dancing at 5 years old and continued to broaden my spectrum of experience throughout my lifetime. As a young adult, I was involved in acting alongside Vondie Curtis Hall and local theatre groups, Afro Centric Theatre and The Petty Players. In my spare time I sang Jazz at local Detroit and St Louis venues and taught dance in the Detroit area community centers.

After relocating to the Columbus area, I continued to relish working with the youth, young adults and seniors. My ministry has grown having served 17 years as a Dance Minister and many more years as Dance/Drama Director of the Alabaster Box ministry at Zion Christian Fellowship. I also served as Dance Instructor for Upward Bound at Ohio Wesleyan University for 10 years.
